Vidloop AI pricing and credits explained
How Vidloop AI pricing works
Vidloop AI pricing is planned around monthly and annual allowances, not a flat charge for every clip. The prices above describe a preview, not an active checkout. Video generation and payment are paused until the production provider, moderation, storage, credit ledger and signed payment callbacks pass end-to-end tests. You can explore the workbench now without making a purchase. When service opens, the price of a particular video will be shown as a credit quote before you submit it. The quote depends on the selected model and supported mode, duration, resolution and audio settings. A tier gives you a monthly credit budget; it does not promise that every video costs the same number of credits or that every model supports every option.
Read a credit quote before committing
A useful comparison holds the creative task constant. If you compare a five-second silent clip with a longer high-resolution clip that includes audio, the credit amounts will differ because the upstream work differs. First decide the minimum output you actually need, then compare model choices with the same length, resolution and audio state. A short test can answer whether the style and motion fit your project before you pay for a large run. The workbench should make the quote visible before a billable action and should reject unsupported settings instead of charging for a job that cannot be performed.
Choose an allowance around your workflow
Lite is intended for occasional experiments and small projects. Pro is aimed at recurring creative work, social campaigns and iterative product shots. Ultra is for higher-volume production and teams testing several approaches. These labels describe expected usage, not a guaranteed number of finished clips: a person choosing short silent previews will use credits differently from someone requesting longer, higher-resolution output. Estimate your monthly need from one real representative task after generation opens. Then leave room for review and revision. Buying the largest allowance before your first provider-backed result would make it harder to learn which model and format are worth repeating.
Monthly and annual allowances
Monthly plans are intended to release their stated credits each billing month. Annual plans are designed to bill for the year while releasing the allowance month by month rather than depositing a full year of credits on the first day. This distinction matters when comparing the price shown on a card with the balance available immediately. Unused credits have a limited rollover period defined by the chosen plan; they do not remain available forever. Annual checkout will stay disabled until monthly release, renewal, cancellation and rollover have all been tested against real transactions. Read the live plan terms at purchase time because a preview table is not a completed subscription.
Failed tasks, retries and refunds
A credit ledger must distinguish a quote, a reservation and a settled charge. The planned flow reserves the quoted amount when a real task begins. A task that is confirmed eligible for refund should return that reservation; a completed task should settle it once, without a second charge. A slow interface is not proof that the provider failed, because an upstream task may still be processing. Do not press submit repeatedly after a timeout. Keep the task identifier and check its final status. Vidloop will only enable paid generation after provider status, webhooks or polling, reconciliation and failure handling are tested on the production system.
What the preview does and does not include
The public site is currently an interactive preview. It can help you prepare a prompt, choose a mode and read task-specific guides. It cannot produce a billable video, save production history, activate a reward, accept a subscription or provide a completed download today. A displayed model or plan is not evidence that its integration is ready. We will mark a feature as available only after a real user can start it, see a truthful quote, receive the result, inspect their balance and recover cleanly from a failure. Until then, the disabled buttons are intentional and protect visitors from paying for an unverified service.
Region, account and shared-credit expectations
A price or reward shown to one visitor may eventually differ from another region when taxes, payment availability, fraud controls or a verified promotion apply. Such rules must be visible before signup or purchase and cannot be inferred from a VPN location alone. Planned cost accounting uses a consistent unit across Vidloop and the related ImgLoop project, but balances are not transferable between the two sites today. Shared credits would require compatible accounts, a common ledger, clear conversion rules and a tested refund path. Do not buy a plan expecting cross-site use until the checkout and account pages explicitly offer it.
Vidloop AI pricing FAQ
Can I buy Vidloop credits today?
No. The pricing cards are a preview and checkout is disabled. We will open purchase only after a real generation task, payment product, signed callback, credit issue and cancellation path pass production verification.
Does one credit equal one video?
No. Credits are a budget unit. The quote for a video depends on its model, duration, resolution, audio and other supported settings. Review the exact quote in the workbench before submitting a future task.
Will failed generations consume credits?
The intended ledger returns reserved credits for confirmed eligible failures. A browser timeout alone does not establish provider failure. The live account history must show the final task state and settlement before this is offered as a paid guarantee.
Do annual subscribers receive every credit on day one?
No. Annual allowances are designed to release monthly. This avoids a misleading large opening balance and keeps the monthly operating budget clear. Annual checkout remains disabled until this release schedule is verified.
Are free guest videos available?
Not in the current preview. The planning interface is open without login, but provider-backed guest generation awaits the same moderation, storage, credit and download checks as paid tasks.
Can I use ImgLoop credits here?
Not today. The projects use a compatible cost-accounting goal, but shared account and ledger integration has not been launched. A future cross-site option must be explicitly described on both live checkout pages.
How do I avoid wasting credits after launch?
Start with one focused prompt and the shortest useful format. Compare the quote before submitting, inspect the full result, then change one setting at a time. Keep task IDs for support and avoid repeat submissions while a task is pending.
