Vidloop Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Vidloop AI. By using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
The service
Vidloop provides automated tools for creating short videos from text or images. Features, supported formats, availability, model routing, and free allowances may change. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other output and must be reviewed before use.
Your responsibilities
You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for prompts, uploaded media, people depicted, trademarks, and intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated output and complying with applicable law, platform rules, model licenses, and third-party rights.
Accounts and security
Some features require an account. Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and notify support about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Content and licenses
As between you and Vidloop, you retain your rights in eligible input. You grant Vidloop and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, and modify input solely to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. Rights in generated output depend on applicable law, the selected model license, and third-party rights. Vidloop does not guarantee copyright ownership, uniqueness, clearance, or fitness for a particular use.
Free access, credits, and payments
The anonymous free allowance is a one-time successful eligible guest preview under the current product policy. Attempts to bypass limits are prohibited. Signed-in members may receive limited first-video and daily check-in credits. Paid credits, subscriptions, taxes, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout and in the applicable plan. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law prevails where applicable.
Availability and termination
Generation relies on third-party infrastructure and may be delayed or unavailable. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address risk, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using Vidloop at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vidloop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator's aggregate liability and any exclusions must be finalized for its actual legal entity and governing jurisdiction before launch. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@vidloop.ai.
These launch Terms require review by qualified counsel for the operator's legal entity, governing law, dispute process, consumer obligations, and liability limits before production release.
