Vidloop Privacy Policy

Vidloop AI ("Vidloop," "we," or "us") provides tools that turn text and images into video. This policy explains what information the service processes and why.

Information we process

• Anonymous generation data: a one-way HMAC digest derived from a browser device token and network address, task status, selected mode, aspect ratio, duration, and loop setting. We do not send prompts or uploaded media to analytics.
• Content you submit: prompts and source images required to perform the requested generation, plus the generated video.
• Account data: name, email, authentication sessions, credits, and private generation history when you create an account.
• Payment data: order and subscription records. Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored directly by Vidloop.
• Technical data: security logs, browser type, referring campaign parameters, and limited usage events needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure generations, enforce the daily free allowance, prevent abuse, process payments, provide support, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. Vidloop does not sell personal information.

First-party interaction statistics collect only an allowlisted event name, a page path without query parameters, and an optional generation mode. They do not contain prompts, media, filenames, result URLs, email addresses, tokens, or cookies. A daily rotating HMAC of the network address limits abuse of the event endpoint; it is not used as a cross-day visitor identifier. The first-party collector respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browser event counts are distinct from server-confirmed video delivery records.

Private media and retention

Anonymous uploads and results are private by default and are not added to a public gallery. The default product configuration expires source uploads after approximately 24 hours and anonymous results after approximately 7 days. Operational backups, fraud records, or legally required records may follow different retention periods. Production storage must also apply matching R2 lifecycle rules.

Service providers

Vidloop may use infrastructure, authentication, AI generation, moderation, storage, analytics, email, support, and payment providers. Those providers process only the information needed to perform their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.

Your choices

You may avoid creating an account and use the one-time anonymous video preview while it is available. Account holders can view and download recent videos across devices for seven days and may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data. Some security, transaction, and legal records may need to be retained.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, private object storage, short-lived download links, and hashed abuse-prevention identifiers. No online service can promise absolute security. Depending on provider locations, data may be processed in countries other than your own.

Children

Vidloop is not directed to children who are unable to consent to online services under applicable law. Do not submit a minor's image without lawful authority and appropriate consent.

This launch policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the operator's actual entity, jurisdiction, providers, and retention practices before production release.
